Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle servicing, repair, maintenance, and calibration of electronic equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot equipment efficiently.
- Conduct equipment testing and calibration, and ensure proper functioning as per required standards.
- Visit customer/project sites for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Maintain service reports, calibration records, and necessary technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualification & Skills:
- Degree / Diploma / Relevant Technical Certification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in service and maintenance of electronic equipment.
- Candidates with experience in Telecom or IT hardware/digital electronics related fields will be preferred.
- Knowledge of optical equipment will be an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites as required.
