Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate with 1–2 years of experience and an engineering background (B.Tech or Diploma). The role involves driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This position is ideal for technically sound candidates who are eager to build and grow their career in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilitie
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand product features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide technical information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate preferably B.Tech in Engineering or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to customers.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Willingness to travel as required.
