Job Summary

We are looking for a young, energetic sales executive who can actively engage with customers, visit offices, generate leads, and support the growth of our Active Networking Business Unit (Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, etc.). This role is execution-focused and field-intensive.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct daily field visits to corporates, SMBs, campuses, hotels, schools, ISPs, and system integrators
    • Generate new leads through cold visits, referrals, and existing accounts
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
    • Understand basic customer networking requirements and coordinate with pre-sales team
    • Follow up on quotations, demos, and PoCs
    • Assist senior sales and pre-sales teams during customer meetings
    • Maintain CRM entries and submit weekly sales activity reports
    • Support collections and post-sales coordination when required
    • Participate in strategic bids, tenders, and large infrastructure projects.
    • Forecast revenue and contribute to BU planning and growth strategy.
    Desired Profile:
    • 1–3 years of experience in IT / networking / telecom / B2B sales
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to travel extensively and meet customers daily
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi)
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Willingness to be based on-site for extended periods.
    KPIs / Success Metrics:
    • Number of customer visits per week
    • Qualified leads generated per month
    • Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
    • Contribution to monthly and quarterly sales targets
