We are seeking a strategic and inspirational Head of Human Resources to lead HR across all group entities. This role is central to shaping the people strategy, building a world-class talent ecosystem, and embedding a performance-oriented culture rooted in Savitri’s values of integrity, diversity, sustainability, and social impact.

    You’ll be responsible for:

    Strategic HR Leadership
    • Lead the HR strategy across all Savitri Group business verticals, aligned with organizational growth plans and culture.
    • Partner with Group Leadership to define talent priorities that support business performance and sustainability goals.
    Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
    • Design and implement robust talent acquisition strategies for diverse business units — Telecom, IT, Retail, Education, Power, E-Commerce, etc.
    • Enable workforce planning to attract, develop, and retain top talent across all locations.
    • Oversee employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives at scale.
    Performance, Rewards & Recognition
    • Build and drive performance management frameworks that reward accountability and excellence.
    • Oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that are competitive and equitable.
    Learning & Development
    • Architect group-wide L&D programs that enhance capabilities, leadership pipeline and business outcomes.
    • Promote continuous learning culture — technical, leadership, compliance and soft skills.
    Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Champion initiatives that foster an inclusive, diverse, and purpose-driven culture aligned with Savitri’s values.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, morale, engagement, retention and wellbeing.
    HR Operations & Compliance
    • Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are compliant with statutory regulations across locations.
    • Standardize HR processes across group companies for efficiency and quality.
    Organizational Development & Change Management
    • Lead org design and change initiatives to support new business models, structures and digital transformation.
    • Drive cultural coherence while respecting unique needs of verticals.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Education and Experience:

    • MBA/PG in Human Resources or related field.
    • 12+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally with exposure to multi-vertical or diversified corporate environments.
    • Strong experience in strategic HR, talent management, culture building and organizational transformation.
    Preferred:
    • Prior experience in tech, telecom, or large service-oriented B2B organizations.
    • Exposure to HR analytics, digital HR systems and modern people practices.
