Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in active networking solutions to lead enterprise and key account sales. This role will be responsible for driving high-value deals, managing OEM relationships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for the Active Networking BU.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Own and grow enterprise, ISP, and large mid-market accounts.
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, PoC, commercial closure.
    • Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and pre-sales teams for deal registrations and pricing.
    • Design and position network solutions, not just individual products.
    • Mentor and guide junior sales executives.
    • Identify vertical-wise opportunities (hospitality, education, corporate, data centers).
    • Participate in strategic bids, tenders, and large infrastructure projects.
    • Forecast revenue and contribute to BU planning and growth strategy.
    Desired Profile:
    • 7–12 years of experience in enterprise IT / networking / telecom sales.
    • Strong understanding of switches, routers, Wi-Fi, security, and enterprise networking architectures.
    • Existing relationships with CIOs, IT Heads, ISPs, and system integrators (preferred).
    • Experience working with OEMs (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, HPE, etc.).
    • Excellent negotiation and solution-selling skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Willingness to be based on-site for extended periods.
    KPIs / Success Metrics:
    • Quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Deal size and win rate.
    • OEM engagement and deal registrations.
    • Growth of key accounts and repeat business.
    • Contribution to recurring revenue (AMC, services, renewals).
    Strategic Role:
    • Acts as a business owner mindset role, not just sales.
    • Plays a key role in shaping the Active Networking BU roadmap.
