Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to join our Team as a Tendering & Bidding Executive. This role is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in the telecom sector, where you will gain hands-on exposure to public and private bidding processes, project documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant bid and tender opportunities from various sources, including government agencies, private organizations, and online portals.
- Identify and track tenders from government and private portals on a regular basis.
- Analyze bid requirements, terms, and conditions to prepare responsive and competitive bids that align with the company’s capabilities and strategies.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, pre-qualification files, and technical/commercial proposals wherever required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal, to gather necessary information and inputs for bid submissions.
- Ensure compliance with all submission guidelines, deadlines, accurate documentation, and formatting requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of bids, tenders, submitted documents, and status reports for reference and future analysis.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the tendering team for smooth execution of bid-related activities.
- Develop compelling and persuasive proposal content, highlighting the company’s unique value proposition and showcasing its expertise and experience.
- Continuously assess and improve bid management processes, proposal templates, and business enquiries received from platforms such as IndiaMART, GeM, Tender Tiger, etc., to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process enhancements and best practices to the management team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, actively promoting their implementation within the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a flair for documentation and compliance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Team player with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
