Account Executive (Civil Construction Sites)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify measurements for roads, buildings, factories, walls, and other civil construction works.
- Prepare cost estimates and project costing for construction activities.
- Ensure accurate measurement, quantity calculation, costing, and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of site measurements, bills, estimates, and project-related documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for measurement and costing requirements.
- Check work quantities and ensure they are aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Good knowledge of measurement, estimation, costing, and billing.
- Knowledge of roads, buildings, boundary walls, factories, and other civil construction works.
- Good documentation, coordination, and analytical skills.
