- Lead the entire bid and tender management process, from identifying potential opportunities to submitting winning proposals.
- Research and identify relevant bid and tender opportunities from various sources, including government agencies, private organizations, and online portals.
- Analyze bid requirements, terms, and conditions to prepare responsive and competitive bids that align with the company’s capabilities and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, finance, and legal, to gather necessary information and inputs for bid submissions.
- Ensure compliance with all submission guidelines, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of bids, tenders, and related documents for reference and future analysis.
- Develop compelling and persuasive proposal content, highlighting the company’s unique value proposition and showcasing its expertise and experience.
- Monitor and manage inquiries received through IndiaMart and other online platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing relevant product or service information and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Engage in effective lead nurturing and follow-up to convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.
- Use market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
- Continuously assess and improve bid management processes, proposal templates, and business enquiries received on different portals like India Mart, GeM, Tender Tiger etc. to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process enhancements and best practices to the management team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, actively promoting their implementation within the team.
- Align work activities with Savitri Group’s corporate plan as directed by management.
- Contribute to the overall development of Savitri Group and its activities.
- Maintain and enhance systems, procedures, and records in accordance with the organization’s policies and objectives.
- Ensure accurate and accessible maintenance of necessary records for up-to-date information.
All you need is:
- Qualification: Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate/Preferably B.Tech/Diploma/BSc. in Electronics & Communications or Management diploma/Degree in Project Management/Operations/Telecom/Marketing/ Strategic Management or relevant specialization.
- Proven work experience on any of the following client base- Govt./PSU, CATV/Contractors/ Education/ISP/Power/Telecom Operators etc. preferably from Telecommunication industry.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and proficiency in navigating and utilizing the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Tender Tiger, India Mart and related portals effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in handling GeM registrations, managing catalogue listings, and responding to tenders and bids on the GeM platform.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a goal-oriented mind-set.
- Knowledge of Test & Measurement products & solutions from Telecommunication industry is a plus.
