We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to support HR operations across various business functions. This role will play an important part in recruitment, employee engagement, HR coordination, and maintaining a positive workplace culture aligned with Savitri’s values of integrity, teamwork, growth, and professionalism.

    You’ll be responsible for:

    Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
    • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees across different departments.
    HR Operations & Employee Records
    • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation accurately.
    • Assist in preparing HR letters, employee contracts, and maintaining HR databases.
    Employee Engagement & Coordination
    • Support employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communication initiatives.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
    Performance & HR Support
    • Assist managers in performance review coordination and employee feedback processes.
    • Support implementation of HR policies and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
    Learning & Development Support
    • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
    • Help track employee training records and learning initiatives.
    HR Compliance & Administration
    • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and basic statutory requirements.
    • Support payroll coordination, attendance verification, and documentation processes.
    Workplace Culture & Team Support
    • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with Savitri Group values.
      Work closely with different teams to support smooth employee communication and coordination.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree and MBA in Human Resources or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist HR activities.
    • Good understanding of recruitment processes, employee engagement, and HR coordination.
    Preferred:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic knowledge of HRMS tools, MS Office, and HR documentation processes.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
    • Prior experience in telecom, IT, service, or corporate environments will be an added advantage.
