Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting for RF and optical systems.
- Investigate, diagnose, and propose enhancements for network (RF/Optical) and security issues within systems.
- Ensure consistent network availability as per agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients.
- Execute comprehensive telecommunication network maintenance tasks alongside testing and measurement equipment operations (Optical/RF).
- Strategize, deploy, and optimize RF and optical networks tailored to client needs.
- Oversee installations of advanced technical products and solutions.
- Develop, integrate, and uphold unified network services, encompassing switches and routers.
- Coordinate service provisions for DWDM, GPON, and L2/L3 networks in partnership with clients.
- Deliver continuous 24/7 technical assistance across a spectrum of systems.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure integration.
- Foster collaboration with Vendors, OEMs and Service Providers for fault rectification of Network.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in RF and optical technologies.
- Conduct meticulous equipment inspections and execute comprehensive testing procedures.
- Conduct site surveys and perform in-depth network requirement analysis.
- Execute on-site visits for network optimization and upgrades.
- Extend technical support and mentorship to clients and fellow team members.
- Create detailed technical documentation and prepare comprehensive reports.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in RF and optical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RF and optical principles, concepts, and technologies.
- Experience with RF and optical testing and measurement equipment.
- Hands on experience of handling OTDR/Splicing Machine/Power Meter/Laser Source & other optical T & M equipment.
- Should have specific experience in RF/Optical.
- 24 X 7 Availability & Focused Approach.
- Highly motivated & self-directed with the ability to work well both independently and as a proactive team member.
- Target Oriented & performance driven.
- Should be ready to relocate anywhere in India.
