8040C Rackmount Rubidium Instrument
The 8040C is a stable and accurate frequency reference with multiple output signal formats in a 1U rackmount chassis. At the heart of the 8040C is an embedded rubidium oscillator that operates on the principle of coherent population trapping. The instrument provides up to 12 configurable RF or PPS outputs and is available with standard or low-noise options. The 8040C can be disciplined to an external 1 PPS input and configured and monitored through an RS-232 interface.
